Account data (name, email, phone, password hash, consent timestamp); order and challenge data (package, payment method, order reference, payment identifiers from Whop, evaluation account numbers, trading activity on the evaluation account, payout requests and bank/crypto details you provide for payouts); support data (messages you send us); technical data (IP, browser, cookies) and marketing measurement data through pixels (Meta, TikTok) when enabled.

To provide the service and the contract with you (account, orders, evaluation, payouts); to comply with legal obligations (accounting, anti-fraud); for our legitimate interest in securing the platform and measuring marketing; with your consent, for marketing communications and pixels.

Card payments are processed by Whop on behalf of SECUROSERV LLC: card data never reaches our systems. For bank transfers and crypto we see only the transaction details needed to match your order.

Hosting (Vercel), database (Upstash), email (Resend), payments (Whop), our trading-data servers and the MetaTrader 5 demo trading server that hosts the evaluation accounts. Some processors operate outside the EU with standard contractual clauses.

Account and order data for the duration of the relationship and for the legal retention periods (up to 10 years for accounting records). Marketing data until consent is withdrawn.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time by contacting us; you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Technical cookies (session) are necessary. Measurement pixels are loaded only when configured and can be controlled from your browser settings.
